How can I cancel my subscription?

We will notify you three days before you being charged that your next subscription order is upcoming and will be billed. 

You can cancel your subscription by following the steps below or by emailing us at [e-mail] with your cancellation request anytime! 

1. Log into your account

2. Once in your account, select "Manage your subscriptions" 

3. Click on the Subscription product you would like to cancel

4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page & click "Cancel Subscription"

5. You will be asked to enter a reason for cancellation as well as any additional comments.

6. After that, click cancel and your subscription is canceled! 

Please note, you will need to do this for each of your subscription products as many customers may want to cancel one and not others.
